Frannie has been in the financial services profession since 1990, receiving many industry awards and designations, including being named to the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Top of the Table. As a student of the industry, she has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST (CDFA™), Certified Financial Educator (CFEd®) designation and completed the Wharton School’s two-day Retirement Income Planning Certificate Program.
Frannie has been recognized by D Magazine since 2002 as one of the "Best Financial Planners in Dallas" and received the Penn Mutual Financial Professional of the Year Award in 2005.
Frannie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Dallas. She also has her Series 6: Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination, Series 7: General Securities Representative Examination, Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, and Group 1 Life, Accident, Health, and HMO licenses.
